1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
For made-to-order or pre-order items, please allow 7–10 days for dispatch. These timelines will be mentioned clearly on the product page.

2. Shipping Charges

India: We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India.
International: International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Delivery Timelines

Within India: Orders usually reach you within 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
International: Delivery takes around 10–15 business days, subject to customs clearance in your country.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during festivals, holidays, or unforeseen delays by courier partners.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package’s journey.

5. Delays or Issues

In the rare case of shipping delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues, we’ll do our best to keep you informed. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, feel free to contact us at contact@mohkaari.com or WhatsApp us.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or returns caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) will need to be borne by the customer, as per the destination country’s regulations.
